Product Designer

As a Product Designer you will join the Software Solutions organization within R&D, working from sites in Denmark and Poland.

You will be an active member of an agile development team working with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology. The team consists of a mix of competences such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Developers, and Testers, with whom you plan and drive the development process to make sure our products deliver good user experience.

You will contribute to the new development and maintenance of our different software solutions with your in-depth knowledge about user interface patterns and know-how of the design process.

What tasks are waiting for you?

• Balance user needs with business objectives, requirements, usage patterns, technical feasibility and agreed scope. 
• Ensure common understanding of user needs in Agile Teams (in collaboration with Product Owner) 
• Provide design deliverables on an incremental basis (user flows, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, final UI assets, e.g. Figma components, icons, illustrations, microinteractions' specifications, responsive screen layouts ) in collaboration with the Agile Team 
• Facilitate workshops with company stakeholders 
• Identify potential problems and risks related to the context of use
• Articulate and document design decisions
• Collaborate with UX Researcher to run exploratory research and usability tests for your projects
• Cooperate with Design System team to establish new components and maintain consistency across the software
• You should expect about 5-10 days per year of travelling

It would be great if you:

• hold a relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree within Design, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or similar relevant education
• have 3+ years of experience working as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
• have great skills in prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, Proto.io, XD, or similar
• are able to easily establish a high-level understanding of needs and challenges within an area
• describe yourself as someone proactive, able to take decisions, engaging and informing others when needed
• are fluent in English both written and spoken, as it is our company language.
