What tasks are waiting for you?
 
  • Provide support to end users based on Service Desk tools regarding any kind of IT-related problems to ensure high availability for customers.
  • Interact with second line support or external vendors in all tasks related to IT infrastructure and application problems or requests in order to avoid or solve problems and incidents.
  • Prioritize, resolve, track and document all incidents reported to the service desk using the relevant tools following the incident management procedure to avoid future incidents.
  • Support, maintain and prepare the production infrastructure.
  • Diagnose software and hardware problems in order to find the right solution.
  • Take responsibility for own learning and keep updated within own area of responsibility to secure continuous competence building and personal growth.

 It would be great if you:
 
  • are able to provide technical support in the area of IT to employees;
  • have 2-3 years of experience on a similar position;
  • are experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications;
  • have an excellent communication skills and pro-active attitude;
  • have a good problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities;
  • Manufacturing business experience will be an advantage;
  • ITIL process knowledge.
