Business Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our team and act as the crucial bridge between our users (the entire R&D department) and our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding, describing, and translating user needs into actionable tasks for our developers. Additionally, you will be responsible for our Metrics Portal (PowerBi reports frontend and design) and support role for our applications.  

The SERV group provides software and processes related to requirements storage and testing. Our software solutions include both third-party (core) applications and custom-built tools that support these applications.

What tasks are waiting for you?

User Needs Translation: 

• Understand and document user requirements. 
• Translate user needs into clear tasks for developers. 

Metrics Portal Support: 

• Support and develop our metrics portal (PowerBi) 
• Gather requirements, create visualizations/diagrams, and design frontend reports. 
• Test and manage the portal. 

User Support: 

• Identify opportunities for support automation. 
• Handle unprecedented or complex support cases. 
• Coordinate activities with external support teams. 

Power BI Frontend Development: 

• Utilize Power BI to create and manage frontend reports. 
• Support users in understanding and utilizing Power BI dashboards. 
• Ensure data accuracy and visualization effectiveness in Power BI.
