In the last years we have successfully been rolling out AX2012 R3 to our European Wholesale companies. We are currently looking for a new Application Consultant to join us on continuing to implement solutions that drive business success.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Take conceptual developments from the design to fully functional application enhancements.
  • Investigate issues that lead to bug fixing or new functionalities.
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of our template built in AX2012 R3.
  • Perform testing activities (Functional and System test) across different levels to ensure the overall quality and functionality of the system.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Support team and the Development team.
  • Be third level support when being prompted by our Support Team.
  • Responsible for supporting various aspects of the release management process such as proper approvals and testing flows.
  • Contribute to user communication - Training, demo and general learning material.
  • Participate in project activities contributing with business knowledge and application insights.
  • Act as the change ambassador when working with system enhancements coming either from epics/strategic projects or features requests.
  • Provide services as needed and agreed with the business.


It would be great if you:

  • Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with a focus on IT being an advantage but not mandatory. 
  • Have some years of experience from a global IT enterprise environment. 
  • Are fluent in English – written and oral.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience working with an ERP; AX2012 and/or D365 F&O is an advantage but not a must. 
  • Have experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Remedy and ServiceNow is an advantage but not a must.
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with developers.
  • Are motivated by delivering innovative solutions.
  • Are curious, eager to share ideas, and always on the lookout for opportunities for improvement.
  • Are resourceful, resilient, and open to learning from experiences.
  • Have a can-do attitude, willing to take on challenges, solve problems, and accomplish tasks.
  • Have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, focusing on possibilities and finding ways to achieve goals.
