Full-Stack Developer

Objective of the Role:

This role reports to the Lead Software Engineer. You will design, develop, modify, implement, and support software solutions across all areas of the software stack. You will work with interactive stateful frontend applications implementing complex user interaction scenarios and objects workflow. Also, you will help to maintain, update and expand the internal stack of Node.js and Typescript applications and tools.

Principal Duties:

Develop full-stack software solutions by coordinating own effort with the project stakeholders, other team members and end users; adhere to the established software development lifecycle
Perform code review and testing, update and write project documentation.
Determine potential software issues (apart from actual bugs) and help avoid them by prompt reporting and consultancy.
Grow personal technical skills and knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and frameworks; by co-sharing knowledge with other team members, building your work around flexible component principles.
Automate own and project’s development/deployment tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
Work collaboratively with other teams and departments, learn major verticals and areas of expertise of the Company from a technical standpoint (Programmatic Media, Analytics, Dynamic Creatives).
Innovate and build your own expertise in frontend and visualization frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Full proficiency in frontend stack (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), as well as backend stack (Java/Kotlin, Node.JS).
Experience in React (Hooks) and / or Angular, especially with MaterialUI components.
RESTful APIs, OAuth2.0 protocol familiarity.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
A flexible mindset that is energized, not frustrated, by the messiness common to rapidly growing organizations.
Be open to receiving constructive feedback.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

Redux and Saga (React storage manipulator), Lodash (Data manipulation) experience.

Salary range for this position is 12 000 - 15 000 PLN gross (B2B or employment contract) plus a bonus potential and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
