Who we are looking for:

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system: Monday to Friday onsite
• Technical education (minimum secondary, in IT or related field) or gained through professional experience
• Knowledge of PC hardware
• Good knowledge of Windows operating system
• Basic knowledge of computer networks
• Communicative English. 

Nice to have:

• G1 permissions (operations)
• Basics of programming
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Familiarity with ITIL
• Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML
• Category B driving license.

Your future role:

• Handling orders according to ITIL 4.0 methodology
• Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software and IT equipment based on provided instructions
• Creating and developing documentation
• Preliminary analysis of failures and contact with second-line support
• Generating and submitting reports. 

Working Environment:

• Work in a production environment (onsite) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
• Additional work may be required on weekends, and participation in production start-ups approximately 2 hours before production begins.
