Who we are looking for:

• Technical education or equivalent experience in IT systems administration
• Basic or intermediate level knowledge of following technologies:

- Operating system: Windows

- HTML5 and JavaScript

- Database administration

- Microservices and Containers

- Cloud platforms

• Familiarity with additional technologies is advantageous, including:

- Apache

- Administration of application servers (JBoss, Wildfly)

- Kafka

- GIT, Jira, Confluence

- BPMN

• Experience in the administration of SCADA/MES systems is preferred
• Excellent English language skills for effective communication, both written and verbal

Your future role:

• Handle incidents and service requests according to ITIL v4.0 standards
• Work according to specifications provided by project managers and stakeholders
• Create, maintain and update comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
• Actively participate in projects related to system enhancements or upgrades.
• Conduct detailed failure analysis and collaborate with third-level support for issue resolution
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders and end-users. 

Working Environment: 

• Work in a production environment (onsite) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working model
• Additional work may be required on weekends, and participation in production start-ups approximately 2 hours before production begins
