We are seeking a energetic and  motivated engineer who is as passionate as we are about developing and delivering great product.  We want someone who is excited to be part of an engineering team that is developing the backend to operationalize Decent’s health plan and decentralize it in the future. Decent will offer more affordable healthcare by aligning incentives to improve health, reduce costs, and put members at the center of their care.

This role requires hands-on experience building backend code  and an understanding of microservices architectures.  You will work directly with our experienced team of developers and CTO in a highly collaborative team environment.

Decent currently has a small, but growing team in Gdańsk, Poland.  This position will work from home initially, but we plan to open an office in Gdańsk once we have a slightly larger team.  This position offers additional compensation in the form of EQUITY!
