Windows & Kubernetes Engineer

We are looking for a Windows & Kubernetes Engineer to join a high-impact Google Cloud (GKE) project.

This is a remote role within the EU, with 1–2 days per month onsite in Warsaw after onboarding. Candidates will be required to attend the office in Warsaw for the first week (5 full days) for onboarding, setup, and to gain familiarity with the team and client teams (Google teams).

Working Model

• First week: full-time onsite in Warsaw (5 days) for onboarding & team integration

• Afterwards: 1–2 days/month onsite in Warsaw

• Occasional overlap with US timezone

What you will do

• Support Windows workloads in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)

• Troubleshoot and debug Windows system and Kubernetes-related issues

• Work on CI/CD pipelines and automation improvements

• Help resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis

• Contribute to system stability and performance improvements

Key skills

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (preferably GKE)

• Windows system troubleshooting and debugging

• CI/CD pipelines and automation experience

• Basic scripting / automation mindset (GoLang is a plus)

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work in complex environments

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows networking or containerized Windows workloads

• Exposure to cloud environments (GCP preferred)
