Job description

Our client, is a world-leading digital payments network that removes barriers and connects people.

We're urgently seeking a Certified Scrum Master/Agile Coach based in or close to Warsaw.


The successful candidate must have a minimum 5+ years of experience, as an Analyst, Technical Project/Program Manager or Developer, working with technical teams developing Enterprise class software applications, proven experience working on agile projects, scaled agile and excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).


Hybrid, Warsaw

Salary range up to 1.100 PLN/day


Required Skills & Experience:


💡 JD:

• 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or with an Advanced Degree

• Excellent analytical skills and enthusiastic problem solver

• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.

• Strong knowledge of Project Management and SDLC principles and practices and agile frameworks.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. A demonstrated ability to effectively document and communicate technical and business issues and solutions to appropriate organizational levels.

• Ability to work with minimal guidance. Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and manage one’s time.

• Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority as in a clear, concise way; ability to influence and develop relationships with key partners
