💡 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate IT security systems and services to maintain a high level of security in IT environments
• Proactively assess and implement IT security standards in production systems to enhance and ensure secure IT environments
• Perform threat assessments and lead technical incident handling and investigations
• Ensure necessary security controls are in place to safeguard our Client's customers
• Provide relevant stakeholders with a comprehensive understanding of security requirements to enhance awareness
• Actively participate in and support IT Security awareness campaigns
• Regularly report IT Security status and risks to management with pertinent recommendations
• Contribute to maintaining a high-security level in IT environments through proactive risk management

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5+ years of experience in IT for fintech/business
• College or university graduate
• Experience in developing IT solutions, taking partial responsibility for minor projects
• Proficiency in relevant tools (Sailpoint Identity IQ and CyberArk) and technology
• Technical and/ or process experience in Identity and Access Management
• Knowledge of access management solutions (e.g., Identity IQ) or PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle Databases, Weblogic, DB2 Databases
• Familiarity with directory services (AD, RACF, LDAP)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, or other languages)
• Linux and Windows-based system administration skills
• Automation-oriented with experience in change management
• Technology-savvy with experience in IBM z/OS mainframe and HP NonStop solutions
