Secrets Management Solution Architect

Secrets Management Solution Architect

Hybrid model (3x from the office, 2x WFH per week)

Offices: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk, Gdynia, Poznan

Responsibilities:

• Design and define secure, scalable, and efficient Secrets Management solutions within the PAM/IAM organization

• Translate business and security requirements into appropriate technical architectures and solutions

• Assess and validate use cases, requirements, and gaps related to Secrets Management

• Evaluate and recommend Secrets Management tools and technologies

• Lead and contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for selected solutions

• Define and support the implementation strategy and roadmap for Secrets Management

• Take ownership of the solution architecture for Secrets Management initiatives

• Create and maintain High-Level Design (HLD) and Solution Design Documentation (SDD)

• Collaborate closely with Project Manager, Product Owner, Process Owner, IAM Architect, and PAM team

• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

• Support the maturity and development of PAM capabilities within the organization

• Contribute to planning activities and documentation across the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements

• Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices, for both on-premise and cloud environments

• Experience in designing technical vision and architecture for Secrets Management

• Experience working with multiple Secrets Management tools and solutions

• Experience managing cloud privileges in multiple platforms. E.g. GCP, AWS, Entra

• Great collaboration, communication and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders

• Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles (such as SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust)

• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in Agile/Scrum setup

• Understanding of IT processes and system development lifecycle

• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks (such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x)

• Strong technical analytical and documentation skills

• A structured and organized way of working with the ability to deliver results with high quality

• The ability to do conversion between business and technical context

• A strong can-do attitude and self-driven approach

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
