SAP Integration Developer

SAP Integration Developer

Responsibilities:

• Working with our SAP Integration Engineer to understand integration requirements and building scalable and efficient solutions

• Design and develop integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite tools, including SAP Cloud Integration, SAP Process Integration (pi), and SAP API management

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to system integration

• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members

• Investigate and fix technical problems with system integration

• Take part in quality control tasks such as code reviews

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions

Requirements:

• Have hands-on implementation experience with SAP Integration Suite

• Strong understanding of SAP data formats like IDocs, RFC, ODATA & REST API

• Familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g., XSLT, JSON, XML) and ETL processes

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical HR stakeholders

• Have proven problem solving skills, proactive, detail-oriented and quality driven

• Implementation experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration & SAP API Management

• Prior knowledge and experience with Payroll, HR and Finance Integration

• Well versed with concepts of Journal Entries, GL Accounts, Chart of Accounts and their significance in Payroll & HR Processes

• Experience and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors data model and entities, portlets and Employee Central processes

• Have experience with Concur Integrations with SAP and non SAP systems

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools

• Experience with JavaScript/Groovy or any other OOP programming language

• Strong experience with integration: SAP Integration Development Guidelines, Performance Optimization Guidelines, Transaction Handling Guidelines, Operational Guidelines, Monitoring/Tracing/Alerting

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and familiar with international collaboration

• DevOps mindset – inherent sense of ownership through deployment lifecycle

• Experienced in working with Data Hub models integrating with various ETL tools

• Experience of SAP products like SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA and SAP ER

• Hands-on experience with API development, middleware solutions, and integration platforms

Nice to have:

• Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP API design and troubleshooting

• Experience or knowledge of SQL, Data Mapping, Data Migration and Process Modelling is an advantage

• Understanding of Data Architecture and different Integration Patterns

• Practical knowledge of user interface prototyping and design will be an advantage
