Machine Learning Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate to translate business challenges into machine learning project objectives
• Conduct exploratory analysis of raw data and engineered features to uncover underlying patterns and trends
• Prototype features and models, especially using networking traffic and property-graph inputs
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including classification, clustering, and recommendation systems
• Monitor and assess model performance, continuously improving accuracy and robustness
• Investigate the potential impact of new AI/ML techniques (such as GraphRAGs, Multimodal AI, and AI Agents) on our products

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and experimental design
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Practical experience in deploying and maintaining ML models at an industrial scale
• Up-to-date with advancements in machine learning research and cutting-edge techniques
• Knowledge of IP-based network protocols and architectures is a must
• Knowledge of IP ports + protocols and traffic pattern used by different app stacks
• Experience in network QoS and traffic policy development, statistical analysis and netflow data modelling and cyber security solutions
• Experience with graph data science and property-graphs is advantageous
• Experience in a startup environment or a strong entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
