REQUIREMENTS:
- You speak German (C1) and English fluently (B2)
- You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
- You have outstanding communication skills and costumer focused mind-set
- You have first experience in IT customer service
- You have MS Office skills
- Nice to have experience on the first line of technical support
