Responsibilities:

• This role should oversee people, processes, and technology/architecture from a technical perspective.
• The person should observe team and individual effectiveness to ensure we have the right people and that they're operating at their absolute best. For example, they would intervene if a developer is making poor technical decisions or spending a disproportionate amount of time on a given task provided its overall impact.
• This person should oversee the full development lifecycle for teams to understand where developer time is going and make corrections. For example, if code reviews are a bottleneck, they lead the charge to propose and implement solutions.
• This person should oversee the technical decisions the teams are making, large and small, to ensure we're striking the intended balance between technical and business objectives.
• This person should understand the full vision of the product and its ecosystem to think ahead and coordinate shared practices and code between teams.
• This person should have superior technical skills but also have enough experience with users and business strategy to represent those points of view.

Requirements:

• Big experience with projects with .Net Core, Angular, AngularJS - at least 5 years
• English min. C1 - fluent communication
• Openness to work until 6.30 pm (might not be every day)
• Soft skills: autonomy in action
• Experience in managing projects from a tech perspective - at least 4 years
• Experience in managing people
• Nice to have: experience with AWS, ELK stack
