Application Support

• Application management, providing enhancement and continuous improvement to a wide set of Document Sending platforms
• Ensuring availability of platforms and seamless delivery of services to customers
• Cooperation with developers

• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintaining solutions on top of RHEL (Linux)
• Understanding security concepts like firewalls, SSL, VPN, cryptography, and certificates management
• Working knowledge of software development, IT networks, and protocols
• Experience in data transfer protocols
• Scripting languages and ability to automate hectic routine work. Hands-on programming experience in Python will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Databases with the ability to run complex queries
• Passion to improve processes and practices
• Ability to perform under pressure and self-starter with high initiative
• Good interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Fundamental understanding of application management service and applicable ITIL business processes – CMDB, change, incident, and problem management
• Experience in maintaining integration platforms and knowledge about managing business-critical high-volume platforms. Knowledge about installation and maintenance of IBM Websphere MQ (or others like Rabbit MQ, Active MQ), F5 BIGIP LTM configuration, and subversion
