As the new Web Development Leader you will:
- Be responsible for the overall system development life cycle of key products;
- Influence the whole engineer team’s activities within Agile / Scrum environment in order to manage project plans and delivery dedications;
- Work with state of the art technology tools and provide big scope decision based on your technical expertise;
- Ensure that design and architecture decisions you made meet goals and vision of the platform;
- Contribute to the company’s growth in Europe and release of product updates and quality.
Essential skills for this position:
- Grounded (+6 years) experience in production web development, preferably in front-end technologies;
- Solid expertise (+3 years) in managing people with deep understanding of software development in teams;
- Proven track record of working on multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Solid interpersonal skills, attention to details and consistent follow-through;
- Fluency in English.
It would be nice to have:
* Excellence in communication and negotiation skills;
* Deep hands-on technical experience in variety of modern programming languages (PHP, C#, NodeJS, Python etc);
* Openness and creativeness, ability to come up with new ideas, “stepping out of the box” attitude.
