Job description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will
- Maintain, manage and deploy highly-available, auto-scaling, monitored systems and services
- Create automated tests for software products
- Build and maintain the automated DevOps toolchain, related processes, and best practices
- Work in one or more cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, proof of concepts
- Extend and improve our internal frameworks, develop guidelines and best practices
- Perform, in collaboration with other teams, technology, and product research to better define requirements, resolve important issues and improve overall capability
- Communicate with various teams, keeping everyone up-to-date on deployments, outages, issues, and solutions
Ideally, you have:
- Proven hands-on experience in supporting and developing monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of implementation, configuration management, and automation frameworks
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery, automation using various tools e.g Jenkins
- Knowledge of continuous deployment tools
