Job description
We are searching for a skilled Big Data Engineer who is keen to participate in global projects for an American company.

Salary: up to 15 000 PLN gross on permanent contract
Remote: up to 20%
Recruitment process include 3 steps: HR interview, technical interview, technical assignment (all remotely).
As a member of the data team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing and deploying data-driven software.
- Implementing solutions around high volume enterprise applications using Hadoop.
- Collaborating with data scientists which include building predictive models.
Skills:
- Advanced hacking skills in Java, Scala or Python.
- Experience with big data environment including Hadoop ecosystem with various tools such as: Spark, Hive, Pig, Flume, etc.
- Hands-on experience with both relational- and non-relational databases.
- Creativity and curiosity to go beyond current tools to deliver best solution to the problem.
- Proficiency in English.
