We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist who will manage and provide world-class technical training and certification to partners and customers. In this role you will be responsible for all phases of designing and delivering technical training and technical certification in the following areas:
We are looking for a Technical Training Specialist who will manage and provide world-class technical training and certification to partners and customers. In this role you will be responsible for all phases of designing and delivering technical training and technical certification in the following areas:
- DataWalk APP Center: generating and deploying new scripts and applications, integration with 3rd party apps via API, incorporate open source apps.
- DataWalk integration and administration: data imports, troubleshooting application issues, configuring backups, managing users, accessing and using DataWalk API.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of all phases of designing & delivering technical training and certification;
- Prepare training, certification materials and documentation including training movies and other DataWalk Academy content;
- Provide remote and on-site training to partners and customers;
- Handle technical certification for DataWalk partners;
- Create learning materials, practice scenarios and exams;
- Perform all administrative duties associated with conducting training and certification;
- Identify training needs, building training program and preparing teaching plans;
- Work on partner and customer support tickets related to APP Center, system integration and administration;
- Perform other duties as assigned;
- Flexibility and ability to travel (5%-25%);
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within customer service, IT specialist, support or similar role;
- Nice to have 1-2 years of experience in a training role;
- Experience with Python programming or willingness to learn it;
- Fast learning capabilities and computer literacy;
- Experience with Linux OS or willingness to learn it;
- Great sense of responsibility, sense of urgency, good time management, self-starter able to work independently;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to explain clearly;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish language;
- Prioritization and multitasking skills;
