We are looking for an experienced International System Engineer, who will serve as a professional individual operate on customer premises as the customer’s primary technical contact/interface to DataWalk at various locations around the world.
As an International System Engineer, you will represent the company, clearly communicate with customers, and understand their technical requirements in order to support pre-sales, execution and post-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced International System Engineer, who will serve as a professional individual operate on customer premises as the customer’s primary technical contact/interface to DataWalk at various locations around the world.
As an International System Engineer, you will represent the company, clearly communicate with customers, and understand their technical requirements in order to support pre-sales, execution and post-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the technical part of the sale, coordinated by Sales Team:
- Understand the customer requirements at a very detailed technical level,
- Promote our product technical possibilities and advantages with a deep understanding of existing industry solutions and competitors,
- Work with other team members in order to successfully demonstrate system capabilities and business case during proof of concept,
- Provide the detailed customer environment assessment in cooperation with the System Engineering Team,
- Drive the execution of the evaluation or demo process if it is required.
- Provide the leadership and execution in terms of installation and ensure the realization of the agreement requirements:
- Drive the implementation from legal and business requirements side in cooperation with Sales Team,
- Hands-on engagement in every project, either as part of the project team within System Engineering Department, a leading project manager or a “lone wolf”, however necessary,
- Execute training including providing training for Partners,
- Prepare a business case proof for the customer, as a summary after each project, in coordination with the Solution Marketing Manager and the Sales Team.
- Gather customer feedback to the company and monitor for continued technical satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Significant experience in the role of System Engineer, with minimum of 3 years of track record on the vendor side,
- At least 5 years of overall experience, preferably in enterprise environments,
- Fluent Polish and English,
- Strong technical skillset with deep technical systems and software understanding,
- Very good business judgment,
- Ability to deal with difficult and complex situations,
- Sufficient SQL and systems expertise to do deployments,
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels.
- Very good project management skills,
- Flexibility and ability to travel: Expected allocation time: min. 30% travel, ca 70% office.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge in executing statistical analysis and/or data interpretation,
- Driving License,
- Skills in configuring/writing python scripts,
- Previous experience in working with projects in the area of fraud, law enforcement, Intelligence, AML.
