What your role will be?
Activities include, but are not limited to working within the Support Group in:
- Assisting in daily activities of 3DVIA Support team
- Managing incoming Service Reports: categorize, prioritize and distribute them at ticketing system
- Reproducing, validating and testing reported case scenarios
- Providing responsive support for business areas
The Challenges ahead
- You will learn to work in a very fast paced environment, handling multiple tasks and assignments.
- You will contribute to strategies and action plans designed to enhance outreach to DS’s target audiences
Your Key Success Factors
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the duration of the internship
- Fundamental understanding of HTML/JavaScript, C#, SQL and Computer administration skills with Windows servers
- Positive, curious and self-motivated individual with high level of enthusiasm
- Analytical thinking
- Customer oriented attitude
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing
