Senior Business Solutions Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced, people and business oriented candidate who will join Data & Analytics Team supporting 12 European countries.

As a Senior Business Solutions Manager you will be responsible for:

• Managing team of Business Solutions Analysts
• Playing key advisor role for your business partners in D&A field
• Driving the development and implementation of innovative business strategies to maximize the performance and adoption of our D&A Solutions and One Source Platform
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including global and regional functions
• Developing and executing strategic business plans for our Data & Analytics solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape - translate insights into actionable strategies
• Driving product lifecycle management, including new solutions development, feature enhancements and product retirement
• Ensuring the global infrastructure and technology projects are rolled out locally according to the needs of the markets
• Managing and monitoring OPEX & CAPEX budget
• Managing local D&A vendors and consultants

ABOUT YOU

We expect you to have:

• Knowledge of data & analytics tools and technologies, including Microsoft BI tools, Modern BI, data warehouses or cloud-based data solutions
• Team management skills with focus on people development
• Strong understanding of business processes related to data & analytics
• Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and data infrastructure management
• Proved experience with managing stakeholders, playing roles as advisor or challenger if needed
• Master's degree in computer science, information technology, data science or a related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) as a must
