ABOUT THE JOB

You will join Danone Global Data & Analytics Team and as the D&A Performance & Governance Manager, your core responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of the D&A portfolio:

• Monitoring the financial health of D&A, both Capex and Opex, by establishing right financial reporting and budget animation mechanisms
• Overseeing vendor management, ensuring alignment with budget management and contract tracking.
• Implementing the D&A portfolio management process, inclusive of the demand management process, using the Service Now PPM tool
• Tracking the status and progress of programs, projects, and portfolio deliverables and milestones using systems from Excel to Power BI, along with related dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• Having possibility to lead some strategic projects directly related to the above scope

ABOUT YOU

Qualifications and Hard Skills Required

• 5-10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, multi-tasked projects or work streams simultaneously
• A financial background is essential
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI visualization, and the Service Now PPM module
• Experience in supporting complex programs/projects in a large organization, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with business objectives
• Proven track record of driving business growth and continuous improvement
• Experience in providing decision support to enable the identification, selection, and prioritization of new programs/projects
• Knowledge of project management processes and techniques; a project management qualification would be a plus
• Experience in IT and data domains is advantageous
