ABOUT THE JOB

As a HR Analytics Manager, you'll be a significant part of the Global HR Team. You will use a data-driven approach to translate clients’ questions into analytical problems. You will be responsible for internal and external HR data reporting, interactive dashboards development and HR data analysis. Moreover, you will take part in cross functional projects as a data analysis support, providing relevant information.

Let's go into more details of your daily tasks:

Data analysis: 

• evaluating and dissecting people data to identify trends and recommend enhancements for core people metrics
• delivering key metric reports in a timely manner

Cross functional projects support:

• partnering with HR teams on people projects to identify and clarify critical people issues, deeply understand our people processes, and analyze data to drive improvement
• collaborating with the HR team to optimize data processes and improve efficiency
• maintaining a high level of interaction with business stakeholders to continually enhance and improve all aspects of reporting
• supporting requests submitting to IT to get access to relevant resources needed to complete projects                                                     

Business Intelligence Solutions:

• creating reports and automating dataflows/build data pipelines for dashboards related to key indicators of human resources effectiveness
• synthesizing data using SQL and translating internal and external business needs into the development and implementation of creative, clear and effective solutions with BI tools (Power BI)
• assisting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including communicating outcomes and integrating feedback
• implementing training and building documentation
• balancing accessibility and confidentiality in providing data to relevant stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

We expect you have:

• at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis area
• good command of Excel, SQL
• proficiency in using tools like Power BI, Power Automate
• knowledge of Azure, Python and GIT as a plus
• fluent command of English, both spoken and written
• university degree in quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Econometrics
