Danfoss is looking for an experienced Digital Analyst who is ready to take on a truly exciting and challenging role.
As Digital Analyst you will be responsible translating complex data into easy-to-understand information for various stakeholder groups by utilizing data analytics tools to query, and merge large data sets, analyze results, visualize and by that making strong recommendations.
You will be a part of the international Digital Customer Experience team with more than 100 colleagues from all over the world, where we develop, support and lead the digital customer experience in Danfoss. We connect business needs and IT into digital solutions. You can be located in any country and report to a direct manager located in Germany.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Utilize data analytics tools to query and merge large data sets, analyze results, visualize and make strong recommendations
- Assess performance of existing resources using an extensive suite of in-house and third-party analysis tools including Google Analytics 360, BigQuery, SiteImprove, Hotjar, Salesforce, and so on
- Compile and communicate the results of the analyses to various stakeholders as product owners, and management to guide future design efforts and releases.
- Translate business requirements and processes into technology implementation for reporting or usability testing purposes
- Utilize funnel metrics and insights, identify problems, articulate opportunities and ideas for testing areas improving user experience
- Assist the team in getting issues (e.g. data access, platform/tool access, IT/helpdesk related, etc.) resolved
- Troubleshoot data issues from report to source
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field required, background in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics and reporting
- Extensive background in Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse data analysis and strong sense of intellectual curiosity to understand and solve business problems.
- Extensive experience of Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery
- Ability to leverage best practices for dashboards and data visualizations for storytelling
- Willingness to go beyond the traditional data queries and to understand online behavior from a user and site experience perspective
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively provide read out analysis, findings, and insights
- Proven experience with analysis, reporting, and providing actionable insights
- A solid understanding of the whole “digital ecosystem” measurement, going beyond a website
