Senior ML Engineer/Team Lead

The projects in the AI division aim to create innovative solutions to the cases presented by our clients, often achieving or exceeding state-of-the-art solutions. The cross-domain approach lets us implement projects from the fields of health & well-being, robotics and forestry, among others. The envisioned projects are related to the utilization of analytical and ML approaches for renewable energy sources’ predictive and prescriptive maintenance, but also customized solutions for multiple vehicle route planning and multi-label image classification.

Key information:

Salary: 

• 25 000 - 27 000 PLN net month - pure B2B contract
• 21 800- 23 500 PLN net month – B2B contract (days off included)

You will be responsible for supporting our team in:

• Implementing ML solutions for a given time-series or vision problems
• Building the solution relying on both ML and analytical methods for pre-/post-processing
• Writing unit, functional, integration, end-to-end, and qualitative tests
• Leading the team in the project, having one-to-one sessions with team members
• Reporting on the project progress to the clients
• Participating in the project estimation process
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, repository
• Practically utilizing good practices of AI project implementation
• Working closely with the delivery manager to ensure the adequate quality of work
• Participating in strategic planning for the AI division
