Senior Workday Consultant

Currently, we are looking for n experienced Senior Workday Consultant to join our team and support clients in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions across key HR processes. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, lead complex functional and technical initiatives, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout all project phases.

You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvements within Workday environments.

Project information:

• Location: Wrocław

• Type of employment: B2B contract

• Remuneration: 200 - 220 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

• Project language: English

Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.

• Provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities and best practices.

• Conduct and facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

• Configure, test, validate, and document Workday solutions across multiple functional areas.

• Analyze HR processes and recommend scalable improvements and optimization strategies.

• Support clients in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions.

• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and clients.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

• Mentor and support junior consultants within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, including senior-level project involvement.

• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and related modules.

• Experience with Workday configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in HR process analysis and optimization.

• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members is an advantage.
