Your tasks will include:

• Designing, testing, and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Embedding conversational agents into Power Apps and integrating with Power Automate

• Creating and maintaining custom connectors to enable interaction with diverse services and data sources

• Supporting the development of conversational AI features and ensuring secure access to relevant data

• Troubleshooting and optimizing agent behavior for performance, reliability, and scalability

• Participating in full lifecycle development - from design through deployment and maintenance

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar low-code/AI platforms

• Solid understanding of automation concepts and natural language processing

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

• Ability to embed and scale AI agents within broader enterprise architectures

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps best practices

• Experience delivering secure and scalable AI solutions

• Understanding of advanced AI patterns - including multi-agent orchestration, reasoning engines, and autonomous workflows

Nice to have:

• Python skills for AI development or scripting

• Basic understanding of API key authentication for custom connectors

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK

• Experience with rapid prototyping of generative and agentic AI solutions

• Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle systems and their integration with AI

• Experience with AI safety testing frameworks

• Background in consulting or technical client-facing roles
