Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join CSHARK and support our client's team. Together with our business partner, one of the world's largest manufacturers of building materials, we are developing dedicated software for the digitalization of the Industry Manufacturing sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a strong understanding of the user and their context of use by conducting qualitative user research, mainly interviews and usability tests and sharing research findings with team members and stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in an English-speaking and cross-product team.

The engagement is scheduled from mid-September to the end of March, with the possibility of extension.

Your Daily Missions

• Create a strong understanding of the user and their context of use by conducting qualitative user research, mainly interviews and usability tests.
• Collaborate closely with UX Researchers and UX Designers to integrate research findings into design strategies.
• Assist in creating user personas and mapping customer journeys.
• Participate and facilitate design sprints and (co-creation) workshops alongside experienced researchers.
• Share research findings with team members and stakeholders.
• Approach your work with a global mindset, advocate for user-centricity.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 4+ years of experience as a qualitative UX researcher.
• Familiarity with foundational user research methods such as user interviews, usability tests etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fast learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of comprehension, even in complex domains.
• Strong communication skills and openness to daily collaboration with clients.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) as we work in an international team.

Nice-to-have

• Bachelor's / Master's studies in the field of human-computer interaction (HCI), anthropology, psychology or related field of studies.
