Your Daily Missions

• End-to-end project ownership from initial evaluation through to handover and closure, including post-project support when necessary
• Creating and managing project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
• Overseeing budget allocation and optimizing resource management to meet project goals.
• Negotiating and managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring project deliverables align with their needs.

• Identifying and mitigating project risks to minimize impact and ensure project success.
• Analyzing project data and generating comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
• Utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Leading project meetings and presentations.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Building, mentoring, and leading high-performing project teams to achieve project deliverables.
• Adopting to dynamic project environments, addressing challenges proactively and maintaining project momentum.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• Over 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years specifically in the IT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven ability to create and manage comprehensive project schedules.
• Skilled in building and leading effective project teams.
• Experience in managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
• Capable of conducting effective meetings and delivering compelling presentations.
• Strong negotiation skills and adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Quick to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in identifying and managing project risks.
• Familiar with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to use data analysis and reporting tools.
• Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving project goals within time and budget constraints
• Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level, facilitating collaboration with international clients.

Nice to have

• Higher education in project management, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
