RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end participation in project delivery (from Proof of Concept to Move to Production stage – main efforts in initial ones)
- Requirement collection and domain knowledge recognition in IT projects
- Identification of minimum viable products (MVPs) as well as long-term vision of the delivered application
- Creation of road maps, sitemaps and technical documentation (to be used by Developers in development phase)
- Backlog preparation: objectives, features, risk analysis, data flow, apps and systems’ scenarios etc.
- Projects’ preparation for sales procedures and effort estimations within the team (potentially: E2E new projects’ realization)
- Daily, close cooperation with our Sales People, Project Managers, Developers and Clients (mainly medium-sized enterprises)
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU:
- Have around 3 years of hands-on experience as a BA who knows how to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and who knows how to gather customer’s requirements, analyze and map the processes
- Are an efficient user of MS Office package (e.g. Word, Excel) as well as Jira or other tools which can be used by BAs (and those apps are not a mystery to you)
- Know how to follow traditional SDLC and understand Agile SCRUM approach
- Display English language skills at C1 level
- Are detail-oriented, well-organized as well as have “can-do” and friendly attitude
- Are ready to be part of Agile, fast-paced team
