ABOUT THE JOB:

As Junior Project Junior Manager you will be working alongside our Senior Project Managers to deliver our Software Platform and our consulting services to our customers. Each customer requires our software to be configured to his individual innovation process and to be integrated with his

IT systems. Configuring our software does not require any programming skills. Your daily work will include:

• Supporting our Project Managers in designing the customer’s innovation process in the CrowdWorx platform.
• Configuring the customer’s innovation process in our platform.
• Supporting customers during the operation phase of our software, e.g. by answering their questions, checking their change requests etc.
• Learning basic tech know-how about our IT integration in order to better facilitate the work between our integration team and the customer’s IT teams.
• Your role will be broad and will include diverse activities such as basic project management, system configuration, system testing, as well as customer advisory on how to best use CrowdWorx’ software tools.
• We hope that with time you will be interested in developing more advanced skills and take on [MD2] new responsibilities, such as:
• Running projects on your own with our customers
• Executing Client Leadership, i.e. gently but firmly steering the client to project success,
• Consulting our clients on innovation processes,
• Participating in online sales meetings as an expert (organized by our Sales Team),
• Introducing new standards and improvements to our internal processes, thus helping the company to learn new capabilities and increase its service quality.

This position consists of diverse and exciting activities and we can promise you will never be bored. You will be trained by us to become a true expert in Innovation Software! You will cooperate with our Project Managers and with our customers on various projects. This will give you an excellent perspective into Project Management, Client Leadership, and Corporate Innovation Processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command (C1 or higher) of German and English is mandatory.
• Very good communication skills, especially good listening skills to understand clients questions or concerns quickly
• Min. 2 years of experience
• Desire to work in an environment of software projects, where your natural interest in working with modern digital tools and solving complex problems will be put to good use.
• Being very detail-oriented, accurate and diligent will be important assets for this position.
• Ability to understand process flows, very good ability for analytical and logical thinking.
• Having own initiative, self-discipline and being a quick learner will create the chance for you to work on more demanding projects.
• Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS or the ability to learn these simple languages very quickly.
• Ability to work efficiently in Word and Excel by using keyboard shortcuts or being quick learner for these tools.
• Nice to have: Experience in working in B2B projects.
• Your work does not require travel.
