Hi! We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant. :)


You will play a crucial role in providing 1st and 2nd/3rd level support for our brand-new Salesforce application, which is currently undergoing a global rollout. This position requires expertise in Salesforce administration, data management, user support, and collaboration with our Global IT Service Desk. Mid:

10 400 - 16 000 PLN netto+vat/month (B2B)

Senior:

11 200 - 19 200 PLN netto+vat/month (B2B)


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and support.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Mobile Apps and Customer Portal.
  • Experience with integrations such as SAP, Active Directory, JIRA, Dun & Bradstreet, and Adobe Sign.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a global team.


Key Responsibilities:

1st Level Support:

  • Take ownership of Salesforce 1st level support, collaborating closely with our Global IT Service Desk.
  • Administer data and orgs, manage services, and handle authorizations.
  • Update user profiles and settings, create/update service resources and territory members.
  • Assign skills to service resources and manage group assignments.
  • Provide assistance to users regarding process and system inquiries.
  • Ensure coverage during absences, holidays, and public holidays.

2nd/3rd Level Support:

  • Deliver 2nd/3rd level support as needed for ticketing, support cases, and service request resolution.
  • Administer data and orgs, manage services, and handle authorizations.

Customizing, Change Requests, Projects, Developing:

  • Setup and manage repositories, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Customize Salesforce Clouds with out-of-the-box features.
  • Provide consulting in best practices and project management.
  • Assist in providing skilled Salesforce consulting resources for improvement projects.

  • Users: 1800 (85% Service, 10% Sales, 5% Marketing, external Partners)
  • Service Time: Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 (CET)
