IT Analyst

Hi! 👋 We’re looking for an IT Analyst to join our client’s team.

Our client is a regulated European bank with a strong technological backbone, delivering cutting-edge embedded financial services across multiple markets.

Details:

📍 100% remote within Poland

🚀 Start: ASAP (must have)

⏰ Contract duration: until year-end, with possible extension

💶B2B: 95 – 115 pln + vat/h

Your role

• Translate business requirements into technical documentation for development teams.

• Design and document new features using SQL, UML, BPMN.

• Analyze data from multiple sources (SQL databases, BigQuery, CSV files, etc.).

• Collaborate with engineers and testers to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, ideally in financial services.

• Strong knowledge of process modelling, requirements documentation, and UML/BPMN.

• SQL proficiency; knowledge of REST API and Postman.

• Team-player mindset, curiosity to learn, strong analytical skills.

• Polish and English fluency.
