🌊🤖 Software Engineer (DevOps & Integration Testing)

🐳 Location: Gdańsk (Office 3x/Week)

💰 Budget: 25,000 - 30,000 PLN gross (Employment Contract)

What You'll Do:

• Work collaboratively with software architects and engineers on software development across various platforms and products.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate and enhance our software build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain container orchestration systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems for our infrastructure.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams, operations, and product management.
• Maintain software documentation and assist in the development of user documentation.
• Participate in on-water testing.

What You'll Need:

• BS or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Strong Linux background (kernel, system administration, networking).
• Advanced programming experience with an object-oriented language (C++, C#, Java) and scripting (Python, Unix).
• Proficient with Continuous Integration tools (CI/CD, Jenkins).
• Proficient with virtualization and containerization.
• Experience with multi-tier architecture.
• Experience with unmanned vehicles and/or mobile robotics.
• Experience with the development of autonomous vehicle simulations and automated tests.
• Familiarity or knowledge of ROS (ROS2, rosbag, gazebo).
• Experience with Agile principles.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced development schedule.
• Familiarity with marine vehicles and instrumentation is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire to seize optimization opportunities.
