We Offer
We are looking for a Quality Assurance professional with 3-5 years of experience in software quality engineering and working in an agile-delivery environment, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
The role will cover aspects of the following (traditional) disciplines: Test Manager, Test Engineer and Test Automation Engineer in the Treasury IT area working on projects to support regulatory liquidity management for the firm. The project teams are located in the US, Poland, Switzerland and India and so attractively offers interaction with many cultures.
For the right candidate with the right skills, there is a real chance to gather significant experience operationalizing DevOps processes in the SDLC as we are in the beginning stages of this journey. Your ideas could also influence the realization of the strategic direction of Treasury IT.
You Offer
- Experience in testing systems, databases, data comparisons, preferably in the financial services industry
- You have deep knowledge of test design techniques to create test cases for various test types at different test levels in the area of functional and non-functional testing
- You have experience in various development / testing methods, their objectives and related tools (e.g. TDD, ATDD or BDD, continuous integration, continuous testing)
- Experience in executing tests (manually or automated) ensuring all software / infrastructure changes are validated appropriately
- Able to analyze test results and to give recommendations based on these.
- Experience in defect management including defect standards and tools
- Experienced in fulfilling compliance to common test standards and required work products in testing
- You have working experience with test automation tools and automation frameworks, including creating/maintaining test scripts to implement the defined automation strategy and demonstrate the test automation expertise to other team members or to contribute to improvement initiatives
- You have experience working with HP ALM (a.k.a Quality Center), Octane and/or JIRA
- You possess superb communication skills.
