The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization is responsible for the design and delivery of the key services related to the management of identities, and the safeguarding of access to critical digital assets. The team is a global team distributed across our Wroclaw, Warsaw, London, Zurich, Singapore and Raleigh offices, and it has a dynamic and multicultural atmosphere. The IAM team is transforming our delivery approach by adopting DevOps practices in order to meet the needs of an agile business, reduce IAM complexities whilst maintaining compliance with regulatory, and audit requirements.


IAM at Credit Suisse is comprised of six capabilities. Security Provisioning is one of the six, and its primary objective is to provide distribution & provider services for propagation and retrieval of user identity, account & access entitlement data to enable authentication/authorization to IT resources.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced .NET developer with the willingness to enter the world of IAM and Security Provisioning to help us realize our objectives and vision for this capability.


The role of the Security Provisioning .NET Developer will be responsible for the delivery, maintenance and continuous improvement of a wide range of IAM services used to administer and execute IAM processes across variety of identity repositories and components throughout the CS environment. You will work on multiple Security Provisioning solutions responsible for providing APIs to internal clients, event orchestration, process automation and data reconciliation for securable IT objects.



  • A challenging technical role within CTO TSS as Security Provisioning DevOps within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.
  • Contribution to the evolution of IAM services, securing of CS digital assets and the operational stability and reliability of our services.
  • Build high quality, documented C# code for project and enhancement initiatives.
  • Ability to work on Public Cloud as well as Hybrid Cloud integrations and other key CS initiatives.


You Offer 
Technical Skills

  • At least 4 years of practical use in Visual Studio .NET, C# (Windows Services, ASP.Net MVC, WCF) and minimum 2 years of experience in MS SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Experience in designing & implementing solutions where automation & integration were key aspects/responsibilities.
  • Detailed knowledge of version control systems (SVN, GIT).
  • Familiar with Design Patterns, Multi-threading, Data Structures; CI/CD and Agile development is a plus.
  • Comfortable to work with JSON, XML, XSLT.
  • Demonstrated success in leading solution designs into successful implementations.
  • Ambitious, hardworking individual with good analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.


Desirable


  • Active Directory / LDAP protocol knowledge – Operational or Engineering capacity.
  • Knowledge of Identity Management systems.
  • Windows scripting skills (VBS, PowerShell).
  • Experience with managing Windows Server infrastructure.


Educational & Professional Qualifications


  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English
