We Offer
- PM/AD Role within the Group Operations Solution Delivery IT organization
- Opportunity to work on the departments’ strategic data lake, including department-wide projects/initiatives utilizing the Cloudera Hadoop stack, as well as Data analytics and Visualization tools such as Tableau and Alteryx. The team use Scrum methodology, which means cross-skilling and juggling multiple roles will required
- You will be the central point to bridging between business and technology to realize business requests
- You will be responsible for transforming our organization into an agile workforce embracing DevOps practices like Test Automation and Cloud adoption
- You will provide support to key partners with a dedication to deliver technology services that are functional, resilient and stable
Core tasks can include (but not be limited to):
- Resource and Financial Management, including budgets, reporting, costs plans etc.
- Involvement in definition and development of test automation frameworks
- Tableau/Alteryx development
- Scrum team member means participation in Testing, Business Analysis and all other roles required as and when the team needs it
You Offer
- You have 6+ years of experience working in a challenging corporate environment with responsibility for defining and delivering new process models into a large and complex organization
- You have keen interest in learning about the latest technologies and best practices
- You have willingness to juggle multiple hats/roles as member of the scrum team
- You demonstrate previous experience in a project management role
- You have JIRA/Confluence experience
- You have deep knowledge of data lake technology stack (Cloudera Hadoop)
- You are highly motivated and have high emotional intelligence.
- You are an impactful communicator who can factually summarize main issues and clearly articulate them to peers as well as a senior audience.
- You are able to produce clear written communication with an ability to draw process flows and build impactful visual aids to get a point across.
Desirable:
- Python or any other OOP language
- Previous experience with Test automation
- Tableau or other data visualization tools
