SAP Rollout Project Manager

About the project

Our client is a group of international consulting companies with around 400 consultants and specialists, based in Germany, Poland, Switzerland and India specialize in SAP Consulting, SAP Solutions and digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

• Planning, preparation and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA rollout projects
• Support with fit-gap analyses in the rollout countries/companies
• Coordination of changes to global SAP S/4 HANA templates
• Steering the creation of interface specifications to legacy or cloud systems
• Steering and monitoring of local implementation partners
• Close coordination, collaboration and communication with all stakeholders of the project up to C-level
• Preparation and enforcement of organizational change measures incl. key user and user trainings
• Support of the cut-over and coordination of the hypercare phase
• Ensuring the transition to regular operations
• Business trips 25 - 50% of the time (in most of the cases is one week in Germany and another in Poland)
• Team in Germany

Our requirements

• Experience - 5 years in managing SAP implementation projects or international rollouts
• Strong knowledge in SAP HANA, cloud technologies and the S/4 HANA standard processes
• Reasonable willingness to travel, partly to operate on site at our international customers
• Knowledge of the SAP Activate method
• Very good German
• Very good English
