We are looking for a IT System Administrator - Mid (3+ years) (from any location in Poland).

Your tasks:

• You and your colleagues are the first point of contact for customers by phone, email or the ticket system. You record, classify and process incidents and service requests in English (and in German if you speak German as well) 
• You analyze and correct error situations
• You are responsible for and control the daily automation processing of our customers
• You monitor the processing of faults, ensure compliance with the SLAs and communicate with them the customer.
• System administration in the areas of computing, storage and network in the customer environments of the data center.
• Making changes to VMware environments.
• Implementation of firewall changes
• Setup and maintenance of load balancing and web application firewall features
• Installation of software components as the basis for application operation
• Implementation of configuration adjustments on our customer systems
• Patch management of the operating systems used and the installed components
• Responsible for incident, problem and change management in your area of ​​expertise

What you need:

• Expert knowledge in the areas of computing, storage and network technology
• Knowledge of Linux (90-95% scope of work) and Windows (5-10%) operating systems
• Completed degree in computer science or a comparable course of study - nice to have
• Very good written and spoken communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking skills
• You are ready to work in shifts and have regular on-call duty
• A high degree of teamwork, independent, structured and solution-oriented work,
• Commitment as well as a high level of commitment and willingness to learn complete your profile
