About the role

• You will develop innovative solutions for online and mobile banking and support leading banks in the design and development of their digital channels.
• You will be a contact person for customers and partners
• You will analyze complex customer requirements (e.g. in workshops with our customers) and develop concepts that can be implemented in software.
• Configuring the Crealogix platform based on customer requirements (lowcode)
• Advising the customer on how to use the platform and explaining best practices
• Continuous coordination of the product development roadmap
• You need tools like JIRA and Confluence to document and manage requirements.
• You will work closely with an international team to ensure an economical and high-quality software product with the fastest possible time-to-market.
• You will advise banks on new trends and regulatory requirements.
• You will be supporting with local implementation projects

What you need

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar position, e.g. as a product owner, business consultant or application manager.
• Strong interest and knowledge of digitalization in the banking or financial services environment (experience with development banks is a plus)
• Hands-on mentality with a pragmatic and structured way of working.
• Experience with agile projects and methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• Technical affinity and knowledge of using web and portal solutions
• Experience in dealing with customers
• Knowledge of markup languages ​​such as JSON and XML
• Analysis of log files
• Experience with database select statements
• Technical affinity for low-code platforms
• Proactive team player with good communication skills in German and English
• Experience with rule-based languages ​​such as Drools would be ideal
