Tech Lead/Architect Salesforce with Data Cloud

Your Responsibilities

• Leading workshops with business, SME and IT teams in order to map requirements and address them in the most efficient way with SF Data Cloud (DC) with a support of SF Consultant/s;
• Preparing an architecture design along with a roadmap and project estimation for the implementation of Data Cloud (potentially combined with additional SF clouds);
• Identification of potential process improvements within the as-is state in order to implement scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions;
• Ensuring a successful implementation that drives business growth and efficiency
• Technical leadership and support for the implementation team;
• Review of team’s deliverables including participating in code reviews and ensuring code quality and consistency;
• Ensuring a successful deployment;
• Documentation review.

Requirements:

• Strong SF core or SFMC background;
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions (preferably with SF architecture certification in both core and SFMC);
• DC certification;
• Experience in at least one Data Cloud related initiatives like:
• Pre-sales activities;
• Running DC PoC/Pilot/MVP for a Customer;
• Leading workshops related to DC positioning;
• Driving internal DC implementation/pilot;
• Ability to run workshops with various stakeholders, suggesting efficient solutions, ensuring that project scope and approach is aligned with DC limits;
• Experience and good understanding of DC credits calculations.
