Senior UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• UX & UI Design

  • Translate research insights into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

  • Design high-fidelity UI specifications that are developer-ready, including layout, interaction behaviors, and accessibility guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency with design systems and enterprise UX standards.

• Agile Collaboration

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to Jira tickets with design and research tasks.

  • Work closely with developers to clarify design intent and ensure accurate implementation.

  •  Iterate designs based on sprint feedback and usability test results.

• Design Specifications & Handoff

  • Create detailed design specs including component behaviors, edge cases, and responsive states.

  • Annotate designs in Figma for developer handoff and maintain version control.

  • Validate implemented designs through design QA and usability testing.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces using Figma.

• Skilled in designing wireframes, user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity UI mockups that align with product goals and user needs.

• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Agile development teams, translating requirements into scalable design systems and actionable design specs.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments using tools like Jira, Slack, Teams, and Miro to manage workflows and communicate effectively across disciplines.

• Adept at using Figma’s advanced features—components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design tokens—to build consistent, responsive design systems.

• Experience facilitating remote design reviews and team workshops to align stakeholders and developers around design decisions.

• Strong portfolio showcasing:

  • UI design deliverables created in Figma

  • Design specifications and handoff documentation

  • Examples of collaborative work within Agile sprints

• Educational background in Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on design execution and cross-functional teamwork.
