Senior React Native Developer

We are looking for new talent for the position of Senior React Native Developer.

Our client is embarking on a mobile application designed to combine business travel organization and management features with ease of use.

The reason for the recruitment is the desire to expand the department responsible for the new features of the already existing mobile application. Until now, an external company was responsible for this part.

Your responsibilities:

• You will work with the entire scrum team.
• You will be one of the lead engineers, a key mentor to your team.
• You will be the owner of the technical solution throughout and will be the person to go to if you have any development/technology questions for your team.
• Collaborate with other senior engineers to ensure that the entire team meets high quality standards.
• Facilitate code and test reviews and pair programming, instill quality in every approval and work with senior management to develop process and technical improvements.
• Collaborate with project management and product management teams on release planning Provide technical insight into relevant new technologies (e.g. pair programming, test automation, lunch and learns, conferences, technical design sessions, etc.).

Employer requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional programming experience, including a minimum of 3 years in developing and deploying scalable and robust React Native applications.
• English language skills at the level of min. C1
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
