Today we would like to introduce a fantastic job opportunity – Engineering Tech Lead! In this role, you will be part of an R&D domain technical leadership, closely affect the company products architecture and craftsmanship.

The offered products and services allow other companies to maximize their potential and work efficiency by organizing/systematizing daily tasks in many business areas.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Evolve architecture and engineering to support the ever growing scale of users, features and data.
  • Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in a CI/CD environment with newest technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Stack: React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, MySQL

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products.
  • Technical leadership experience (architect/ tech lead or similar roles).
  • Experience building user-facing products on the web on large scale.
  • Focus on quality and simplicity.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
  • Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
