Business Analyst for Web Applications
Main responsibilities
- Active part in the development and maintenance of complex web communication products/platforms and their features
- Collecting and rationalizing business requirements from different stakeholders and bringing them together as a product roadmap
- Analysis of business processes and translating them into web components, functionalities and features.
- Daily cooperation with internal and external supplier teams: developers, testers, Product Owners, DevOps professionals, coordination of their activities
- Cooperation on the product backlog, leading ongoing reviews of business processes, confirmation of requirements
- Documenting system requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, gained in the environment of web applications, communication platforms, CMS systems, etc.
- Understanding of modelling methods, business processes mapping and creation of user stories and features.
- Familiarity with web development best practices, user experience in web communication portals, web security, GDPR, SEO, etc.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience in working with different business stakeholders.
- Experience in working in Scrum/Agile environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English.
