For our Client, dynamic global IT company, we are looking for:

Java Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on application maintenance including minor enhancement activities
Analytics and solving incidents and problems in a complex BI environment
Continuous improvement of the IT systems

Requirements:

Graduation in IT or similar
1-2 years of practical Application Maintenance Support /Development experience in JAVA Enterprise Edition
Experience with application support in L2 & L3 line
Willingness to shift work (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)
Knowledge of modern network architecture
Good understanding of modern IT infrastructure
Fluent in English

Nice to have:

Experience in working with ITIL framework
Experience/theoretical knowledge of Hibernate, Swing, Database Oracle/DB2, Business Intelligence
