DevOps Lead

What we will count in you to do

Hands-on DevOps leadership for products, teams, and successful execution of solutions
Playing a vital role in product design to ensure scalability, reliability and performance are met
Build and scale up DevOps processes and methodologies.
Lead a small global team of DevOps engineers
Experience with software and product development lifecycle (incl. coding, coding standards and reviews, source control, testing, debugging, build, deployment and operations)
Responsibility of planning and managing CI/CD processes, automation, deployment tools on-premises and on-cloud.
Integrating test automation into the CI/CD cycle using different environments and infrastructures.
Improve product readiness quality and reduce Time to Market.
Interface with various R&D and QA Groups.

What makes you stand out?

B.Sc. in Computer Science / related technical engineering discipline / equivalent industrial experience.
5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps engineer
2+ years as a leader of a DevOps team
Experience as a full stack developer in C# / Java / JavaScript/ any other object-oriented programming language – big advantage.
Knowledge and proven experience in Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps – Must, Github/Git actions -advantage)
Experience with Cloud Technology (Azure – Must, AWS – advantage)
2+ years Configuration managements tools Terraforms, Ansible, Puppet -must.
Proven experience with Docker / Kubernetes and Microservices Architecture.
Understanding of security concepts and the DevSecOps domain- design, implementation, and support of virtual networking, including routers, file servers, DNS, LDAP and adhering to customer IT Security requirements.
Experience with package management (Nugget and NPM)
Experience with monitoring and log analytics tools.
Experience with relational and non-relational database management systems.
